National Press release for the 40th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade

January 22, 2013 marks the 40th Anniversary of the infamous Roe v. Wade decision which legalized the killing of innocent babies in the womb by abortion throughout the United States. There is a great disparity between the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Guttmacher Institutes data on abortion. Between 1999-2009 the CDC reported 32 percent less abortions than the Guttmacher Institute. This inability to access reliable data from states and the continuous falsification of data by abortionists make governmental annual reports about abortion in America unreliable. This should cause grave concern to Congress and the citizens of America. CDC data on the age of the mother of the baby, the age of the father of the baby, medical complications from abortion, abortion procedure used, type of contraceptive used when patient got pregnant and demographics nullifies the assertions made by the federal government on abortion safety.

Congress must act immediately to convoke a congressional study and comprehensive report on the erroneous and fabricated reporting by the abortion cartel and subsequently publish an accurate report on their findings so researchers, health care providers and governmental policy makers can make appropriate health care policies based on medical and statistical fact.

These gross disparities discredit the HHS, CDC and Department of Health and Hospitals. Congress must determine if this was by intentional deception or bureaucratic oversite and proceed with criminal charges if the law was broken so public confidence can be restored.

Rep. Charles Boustany has called for a Congressional Probe into the egregious medical malpractice committed by the abortion cartel. He wants the public disclosure of statistical information at the Department of Health and Hospitals Vital Records Registry of the documents falsified by the abortionists to be made public (See attached PDF's). Rep. Boustany has asked Congress and the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals to protect the children of this nation and of his home state of Louisiana from child predators by releasing the information at the Office of Vital records which shows that abortionist failed to report the ages of the fathers who got these children pregnant and thus shielded these child molestors from prosecution. One study by the Guttmacher Institute stated that two-thirds of mothers 15-19 have partners who are 20 years or older.

This practice of falsifying legal medical documents to the DHH Office of Vital Records and the medical malpractice and fraud involved in sending forms to the DHH that were pre-printed with pre-printed question responses checked off and completed prior to seeing any patients is tantamount to the largest travesty of justice ever perpetrated by a branch of the medical establishment under the guise of Women's Reproductive Healthcare. All this with governmental complicity. In no other branch of medical practice, (Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonary, ect.) would this be tolerated. The ramifications of these perjuries to the health of women and families in the United States is "staggering". They include infections, adverse drug reactions, uterine perforations, hemorrhage, STD's, loss of limbs, emergency hysterectomies, deaths and the cover up of child molestation to name a few. In 1999 Gov. Mike Foster sent a Declaration of Public Health and Safety Emergency after viewing the unsanitary operating conditions at Delta on WAFB news. He wrote: "Pursuant to the inherent police power of the state of Louisiana, a public health and safety emergency is declared to exist. The DHH declared publicly that it would no longer tolerate this type of medical care at abortion clinics and yet it even became worse over the next ten years. In 2011 Senator David Vitter sent a letter to Sec. Greenstein  (DHH) and Gov. Jindal asking then to take appropriate actions against the Delta Clinic and investigate the connection between Delta's owner Leroy T. Brinkley, former Delta abortionist Eileen While O'Neill and convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell.

The citizens of the United States need to know the truth about the abortion cartel and the atrocities that have been committed by the abortionists. In many cases through Governmental complicity or negligence the DHH has allowed the skewing of the number of abortions performed and the negligence of the abortionist in not reporting the injuries and complications associated with the abortion procedure. The citizens of America want a Congressional Probe to reveal the extent of these crimes and we demand the District Attorney and Attorney General to immediately prosecute these abortionists and abortion clinics who failed to protect the children in our nation from child predators and pedophiles by not complying with the law. The White House should follow it's own words when it comes to regard for human life. On Jan. 16, 2013 this press release went out in response the the Sandy Hook tragedy: "If there is even one thing we can do to reduce this violence, if there is even one life that can be saved, then we have the obligation to try." An immediate Congressional Probe needs to protect the children and families of our nation.

"Evidence we obtained in 2004 showed that during a time when 166 abortions were performed on children in Kansas,

Planned Parenthood reported only one. Evidence we obtained since then demonstrates Planned Parenthood's consistent

refusal to cooperate with law enforcement to protect children. Such conduct is not only morally wrong, it is illegal.

I encourage Congress to take aggressive action to ensure our children are protected and those who cover up

child rape are prosecuted."

La. congressmen seek action on clinic safety

October 11, 2012

WASHINGTON — Some Louisiana congressmen are asking for a congressional investigation into the allegedly poor safety and reporting practices of clinics that perform abortions in Louisiana and nationwide, including Delta Clinic of Baton Rouge.

U.S. Rep. Jeff Landry, R-New Iberia, last month wrote a letter to House Energy and Commerce Chairman Fred Upton, R-Mich., seeking a federal investigation into clinics that he said “may be slipping through the loophole” and not being properly reviewed and regulated.

U.S. Rep. Charles Boustany, R-Lafayette, followed up with similar letters on Wednesday.

“I have been presented with compelling evidence by Louisiana residents that abortions are routinely being performed on minors without the regard to report these procedures to appropriate authorities,” Landry wrote.

“One of the largest clinics in Louisiana has openly admitted to engaging in a pattern of such abuses, and we strongly suspect similar practices may be utilized elsewhere to protect the clinics’ profits and to avoid negative public perception,” he added.

Landry said Wednesday that he was referring to Delta Clinic of Baton Rouge.

Although he has not visited the clinic, Landry said he has received evidence from longtime anti-abortion activist Richard Mahoney, of Baton Rouge, and others.

In 2009, the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals cited the Delta Clinic for not properly filling out “Report of Induced Termination of Pregnancy” forms.

But DHH Secretary Bruce Greenstein said last year that multiple return visits have demonstrated such poor reporting practices by the clinic were discontinued.

Delta Clinic of Baton Rouge officials did not respond to a phone message Wednesday.

Landry and Boustany are running against each other for re-election on Nov. 6 because they were forced into the same district through congressional reapportionment based on the 2010 census.

Louisiana lost a congressional seat because of slow population growth.

Boustany on Wednesday sent letters to Upton and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas.

Upton’s office and his committee staff this past summer played a role in congressional negotiations that stripped more than $650 million in federal Medicaid dollars for Louisiana’s public hospitals and poorest residents.

Boustany’s letters specifically noted that incomplete reporting by clinics that perform abortions could protect statutory rapists.

“These physician-signed forms potentially shielded statutory rapists by listing the father’s age and state of residence as ‘unk’ or unknown in advance,” Boustany wrote.

Louisiana law requires the reporting of carnal knowledge of minors.

“Pregnant adolescents” suffer from such inaction, Boustany stated.

Last year, Sen. David Vitter, R-La., sent a letter to Greenstein and Gov. Bobby Jindal seeking more enforcement against clinics that perform abortions and sidestep regulations.

Landry said he would like to see “more action” from state government.

But because this also is a national issue, he said, he is seeking the congressional investigation.

He said he also is concerned about such clinics operating in “unsanitary” working conditions.

Landry has not yet received any formal response from Upton, but Landry said he hopes to hear back shortly after the Nov. 6 elections, if not sooner.

Press Release on Congressional Probe

October 25, 2012

The Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act CAPTA are federal requirements that states agencies must follow to protect children from child abuse. These entail that a permanent or ad hoc members of a multidisciplinary team investigate both emergency and non emergency cases of child abuse. This investigative team must ensure that interviews with child victims are conducted in a neutral, legally sound manner by a qualified forensic interviewer in a safe environment or surrounding. The child must be interviewed with the removal of any potential or alleged perpetrators from the interview. The child must have available a child advocacy center and a treatment plan for the children victimized and family. 42 U.S.C. 5105, § 104 lists the policies and procedures required by the state agencies to be in compliance with federal CAPTA regulations.

The abortion cartel with DHH complicity has violated all of the federal and state laws put in place to protect children from pedophile child molesters. Documents from lawsuits and affidavits show that most children brought to abortion clinics are there to cover up the molestation of the child by relatives or friends of the family. DHH reports, lawsuits and affidavits from abortion employees have shown that the abortion cartel has not followed any state or federal laws or regulations to protect children. They have even falsified every report to the DHH regarding the age to the father of the pregnant child going into the clinic and the reporting of complications.

Sex Crimes Against Children Prevention Act contains statutes, guidelines and federal prosecution for sex offences. Prosecution of sexual abuse 18 U.S.C. 2241-2244. A report to the Department of Justice based on a survey of prison inmates found that 40 percent of prison inmates incarcerated for forcible rape committed their crimes against minors less than 18 years of age. Proceedings against Delta Clinic of Baton Rouge, Inc., State ID: BO0004642; Complaint No. 9AB28180. stated that Delta admitted that it failed to report the carnal knowledge of minors as required by law under R.S.14:403. Delta also failed to maintain confidentiality of patient records punishable under Federal law (42 U.S.C. 1320d-6) which includes fines and/or imprisonment.

In 1990 Delta was prosecuted by Assistant Attorney General Tommy Watson for dispensing Controlled Substances illegally and ordered to pay a fine of $340,000. On June 12,1996 Police report BRPD file 55497-96 revealed criminal DEA violations LSA-R.S. 48-3929 and LA R.S. 40:971.

On July 20, 1999 Allyson Tunnard and three other Delta employees signed affidavits to the DHH that portrayed the most horrific egregious medical malpractice at Delta. They also reported to the DHH that Dr. James Whitmore and Dr. Eileen White O'Neil pre-signed large stacks of "Report of Induced Termination of Pregnancy" forms before they even saw their patients and filled them out exactly the same for each patient without reporting any complications. They also testified that anyone at the clinic could order drugs on Dr. Whitmore's license number and no accurate records were kept of what was ordered. Dr. O'Neal instructed all the clinic workers not to chart her drugs because she didn't have a DEA license. Yet she was using and prescribing Phenergan, Nubain, Atropine and other controlled substaces on a regular basis.

A WAFB news report showed the non sterile rusty instrument that were used inside thousands of women during their abortions at Delta and the increased occurrence of infectious diseases that can be brought about by the improper sterilization of medical equipment Yet many of these practices continued over the next ten years with DHH over site.

Even after WAFB news showed these horrific crimes on Channel 9 and DHH David Hood promised this "would never happen again", these practices continued for the next ten years with DHH oversite. This does not even include the violations that occurred in the other abortion facilities run by Delta owner Leroy T. Brinkley. His abortionist's worked at Women's Health Center on General Pershing in New Orleans, as well as Delta of New Orleans and Mid City Clinic and one of his abortionist even worked at the Causeway Clinic.

This overview is just a small tip of the iceberg concerning this criminal activity of abortionist in this country with DHH complicity. The failure of Delta Clinic and all other abortion clinics in Louisiana and other states to submit complete, statutorily required information to the Vital Records Registry-Louisiana's single source of statistics on the safety and number of abortions performed each year has some striking implications. The Delta clinic and their affiliates are the largest abortion providers in the state. If Delta Clinic reports on the number of abortions performed and the number of complications it encountered are much lower than the actual figure and if no records of the age of the father of pregnant minors were reported, then that necessarily means all state and federal abortion statistics, which have been derived from these numbers have been grossly understated. These statistics show how many cases occur and which populations are affected so preventive strategies can be implemented to reduce recurrence of medical malpractice, child molestation and resulting injuries.

The DHH and Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention should be required to revise their annual statistical reports over the past 39 years and notify all agencies and interested citizens that their data is now unreliable. It will take a Congressional Probe to determine the number of falsified "Report of Induced Termination of Pregnancy" reports to the DHH since they have refused our public record requests. The number of abortions on minors can then be compared to the number a reports to the Child and Family Services and Sex Crimes Labs. The abortionists and abortion facilities that failed to report properly to the DHH, Child Protective Services and Sex Crimes Labs or who did illegal abortions to cover up for rape can then be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, thus protecting our children and citizens of the United States from these egregious medical practices.

AbortionDocs.org Surpasses 3,000 Document Uploads

Showing Widespread Abortion Abuses

WASHINGTON, Sept. 24, 2012  /Christian Newswire/ -- Pro-Life Nation announces that AbortionDocs.org has surpassed 3,000 document-uploads that reveal a systemic pattern abuse throughout the abortion industry.

"The more than 3,000 documents now online are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to exposing the health care crisis that exists in the abortion cartel today," said Troy Newman, President of Pro-Life Nation. "We have really just begun to document abortion abuses that are occurring every day at abortion clinics that the public mistakenly thinks are providing safe abortions."

AbortionDocs.org is an outreach of Pro-Life Nation. It is a searchable database that lists every surgical abortion and medication abortion clinic as well as every known abortionist in the country. Each clinic and abortionist has a profile page with links to documents that include license applications, law suits, disciplinary action, criminal background, 911 recordings, autopsy reports, and more.

In 1991, there were over 2,176 surgical abortion clinics in America . Today there are 660, showing the effectiveness of pro-life efforts over the years.

"AbortionDocs.org is the nation's abortion scorecard. There we can see at a glance the number of abortion clinics dropping as clinics continue to close," said Newman.

Most recently Summit Women's Center in Hartford , Connecticut , permanently closed while the Women's Aid abortion clinic relocated from Lincolnwood , IL to Chicago and stopped providing surgical abortions.

AbortionDocs.org is updated daily and contains the most accurate listing of abortion providers and documentation available. AbortionDocs.org encourages those who have documentation of abortion abuses, such as ambulance photos, court documents, and video clips to submit those documents to AbortionDocs.org for publication.

Guttmacher Institute lists Louisiana abortions in 2008 around 14,000.

See link below. But LA department of health lists around 8,000.

Where does Guttmacher get their stats and why the disparity?
